Platform fees
Zuzo's Direct Rewards product is free to use until 31 December 2026.
Send fee
3.5% on rewards issued. e.g. a R100 reward carries a R3.50 send fee, payable at checkout.
Redeeming
Rewards your team receives under this offer never expire and stay free to redeem.
From January 2027
Our Direct Rewards offering will become available on a paid plan. There's no obligation to continue and we will not count you in unless you explicitly say so.

We'll share pricing details in due course. As an anchor client for Direct Rewards, you'll lock in a preferential rate.

Until 31 December 2026 there are no platform fees for issuing rewards. The only cost is the standard 3.5% send fee on rewards issued.

No. Under this offer, whatever your team receives stays theirs to redeem when they like.
Anything already issued stays free to redeem. New issuing from 1 January 2027 moves to paid plans. We'll share pricing in advance, and there's no lock-in.
It gets you set up properly, verifies your account and makes sure your first run goes smoothly. It takes about 30 minutes.
Rewards to employees may count as taxable fringe benefits. The employer is responsible for tax treatment, so check with your payroll or tax advisor.
